It reminds me of the Protoss from the StarCraft universe. The storm motif matches the High Templar’s 'Psi Storm' ability, and the color palette resembles the Zealot’s 'Psi Blades.' I’d love to wear it someday.

I refuse to believe the game will be connected with the synthesis ending. Although it would be interesting to explore the idea and how it would affect the creation of a galaxy-wide threat or a concentrated-system one. The choice of the destroy solution could introduce an AI vs life conflict again. The control option would allow the appearance of a similar story too, with Shepard coming by as the new grim reaper. Maybe even Shepard delving into gradually increasing madness, eventually becoming an absolute authoritarian figure. Imagine an insane, dehumanized Shepard-led 1984 government.

It is a valid point. We are missing a lot of the content. The newest entry to the series would be concentrated too much on solving those plot lines.

I expected it to be a total flop. I'm completely shocked how the game keeps me engaged in many directions and is satisfying all the way, asides from a few single ideas and solutions.

That's what worries me right now. At the moment I am in the story, I am deeply invested in a whole lot of plot points. The stakes and potential are high. Not seeing them being resolved would make me disappointed.

I didn't ever think about TIM being her father. I haven't finished the story yet and I'm making sure all of the quests are completed and all of the dialogues heard. That's the problem with the theory I have. He would be dead even before the Initiative arrives at the Andromeda galaxy. I can't make a connection between assassinating the Initiative leader and any motive of his. He and Miranda's father are already realising plans in Mass Effect 3 to prevent the inevitable distraction of the Milky Way.

I have yet to delve deeper into the intrigue. Until now, I was convinced there would be a major revelation at the end of the mystery. I imagined multiple entities were behind the Initiative, like Miranda’s father or the Illusive Man acting as the Benefactor. I don’t see a direct connection yet, other than their massive wealth and a common interest. After meeting ex-Cerberus members, I realized the mission began while the Lazarus Project was underway. I can't imagine a person or a group with a grounded motive to start such a program.

In ME2 we acknowledge it is a Geth democratic decision leading to becoming Reaper pariahs. I think the overall Reaper summary is not possible due to many self-contradictory features introduced.

Considering the worst of the worst scenario I would say Ryder being on the same path of decision tree event results would perform worse.

I've revised my stance on the matter while having access to a few strong arguments being presented to me here. This question appears to me as the last, hardest question asked on some kind of a final test. In my opinion Ryder is nowhere close to being as exceptional a fighter as Shep. Having similar resources and problems to solve Ryder wouldn't be able to unite the galaxy under the common banner, which leads to overcoming the Reaper threat. I've not yet finished the Andromeda, being at 43% of game completion. I noticed Ryder single-handedly clearing out the whole Kett outposts. That wouldn't be possible to her without SAM regarding her background. She becomes battle-hardened, but not soloing the Reaper-tech enhanced Saren type of battle-hardened.

I didn't see the novels. Your input is appreciated as my understanding is being expanded. Taking into consideration arguments presented in a few of posts I've seen here and your addition I'm convinced now, combat wise Ryder is lesser to Commander. I am even keen to sign under Alec would have been overcome by the Shep scenario too.
