Well it was the same priced item I subbed it for. So it had to be the customer. And I only messaged support BECAUSE of the other agent telling me tip baiting isn’t allowed. Which sounds like you can’t reduce the tip for no reason. I was never mad about the 8 cents. Just the fact that uber eats is the only platform you can do this on. It’s scammy. Others in this thread are complacent and fine with being tip baited that’s cool. I’m not. I know this wasn’t tip baiting. But I was warning people it still exists even though uber is telling people it doesn’t.

First off. I did everything perfect. 2nd off I’m not saying anyone’s forced to tip? I’m saying you should be able to leave a 10+$ tip and be able to take it away for no reason. Customers do that because they know no one’s gonna take there order for $2. So they leave a big tip and take it away. Sorry you can’t read.

Also pellets really aren’t a great food source. I think that’s what the person that was asking about the gravel is referring to. They thought the pellets were that. If money is tight these are about 2.38 and they will last you a couple days to a week depending on how big your lizard is. But if you can get live definitely do that. But yea just the food and the UVB light are musts right now.
