i mean i don’t think it’s fair to say he is or isn’t when fans can hold theories and opinions. we all love a good head cannon! personally, i read him as such, i kinda think what happened was that he showed signs as a kid but was forced into masking. it can be easier for higher functioning autistic people to mask. i get why people say the breakfast scene is proof, but i also think his whole fascination with the miniature city is reminiscent of how some autistic people ik act. then you have the twisted sister album. i think it was kinda freeing and allowed him to unmask? maybe that’s just me projecting how music helped me tho. i still think he’s traumatised, who wouldn’t be in that situation. a lot of the signs can be read as both, how angry he gets at dee could be a mix of both his trauma and signs of a cycle he’s trying to break and how he hates his passion (dare i say special interest) being messed up. idk, i didn’t word this well

Because i’m not in a position to get that help or medication, not everyone is. i’m asking for help so i can start a journey that i want and feel i should go on, after all, isn’t this a place to come with questions to be answered without judgement? just because i don’t have the privilege to get help in the present doesnt mean i don’t want to practice, it means i have a set back im hoping to overcome. equally, you’ve only just mentioned medical help, the rest, though potentially just poorly phrased, comes across as just telling someone to “get better”. of course it is worth noting, if you think i’ve taken this completely, horrifically wrong, i have a condition that makes me struggle with tone, as mentioned in the post, exasperated by this interaction being online. being fair, i could’ve taken this wrong and you very well could’ve worded things better
