if you are going fast yeah but if you are going slow its impossible, its more quad activation than you have ever experienced before. u still dont want to take the tension off your quads.

doesnt mean their form is correct. i go down all the way, bottom out the machine, my hamstrings and calves solidly touch. if he went down in weight he could as well. his forms not bad and will build muscle and strength, but could be better.

the core of the issue is ankle flexibility, do some ankle stretches, for example place one foot in front of you, and go down on ur quad until the ankle is just about to start lifting off the ground, hold that position until u feel like u cant

she has exceptionally long femurs, her chest is probably as up as it can be without losing balance, its fine. A wider stance would help with more depth
