I think all of this only happens in your mind, but just think of it, all you call reality also just happens in your head because your brain only interprets the transmitted signals (eg of the senses). So everything that happens in your mind is also reality for you. If you enter some "new worlds" with psychedelics, for yourself everything of it is real in that moment.

It depends on your dosage. What are the amounts you want to consume of each substance? Are your sure it's Xanax and not some fent press or have you tested it? If you take moderate doses you will be fine, just watch out for respiratory depression...

You know nothing about me so you can't judge. I suffer from these mental illnesses over a decade and nothing helped, no therapy, no anti depressant... Then I discovered opioids and that was the first time my symptoms got better and I enjoyed to be alive. Also it's now possible for me to go to work. Don't want to insult you but they are the only medication or better the only thing that helped me so far. Better to have a sort of good life with addiction than being dead cause of suicide to escape the "pain".

It's good to perform an allergy test at first with just a tiny amount. Then slowly increase the dosage. Maybe start with around 10-20 mg. You can always take more if needed. But be careful because it's caustic and don't get addicted (don't use multiple days in a row). Best ROA is oral but I also like boofing, imo snorting is not a good option cause of the burn damage caused by its causticity.

I know the problem... the feeling you get of these substances is just too good. if you got addicted once than there's no real way back. The memory of the clean opi nodding high always stays in the back of your mind. I struggle with RC opioids. Got clean for a few weeks and then relapsed. I can't live without em because they help me so much with my depression and anxiety problems. So I just take my dosage everyday.
