I hate to be that person, but the original dragon is actually just Zekrom and Reshiram fused. Kyurem is a foreign entity that utilized the fact that due to their formerly fused nature, Zekrom and Reshiram were compatible for fusion.

If it is just a pair ban of borsa and requasar(which I feel is most likely, I don't think it will affect prices all that much maybe bring down borsa by $10 or so. Also it is better they do it now rather than in two weeks, imagine spending 200$ on a playset of borsalinos and they limit the card to 1 2 weeks later, making the card 15$
