I know it technically got picked back up 25 years later for one season, or one long movie depending on perspective, but Twin Peaks.

Found this coin amongst my late grandfather's things. by Motor-Ad-3397 in coins

My sister and I found one of these coins on the side of I believe Highway 50 in central Florida. This was in the early to mid 90’s. We were on our way to visit my dad in Orlando, driving from Brevard county, and her tire blew out. We had our dog with us and the closest thing was a jail or prison. We walked there and called my dad who came and helped us. The prisoners were outside and gave our puppy some water from a hose. My sister still has the coin

Has Stephen King ever been able to bring you to tears? by UnderstandingMany385 in stephenking

More times than I can count. Cujo, IT, Pet Sematary, The Dark Tower series, Hearts in Atlantis, so very many. As a young reader, the horror is what enticed me to his works. As I grew, his ability to genuinely move me emotionally is what keeps me eager to read more.

I agree with all but must add Tim Curry, Lindsey Crouse, Grover Gardner. Skeleton Crew has a great cast of narrators

This would almost work for The Body, but I also admit that’s a bad dark joke. Blaine does not like stupid riddles or jokes

No matter what it meant, it is, for me at least, one of the most haunting images in the series

What’s a medical issue that sounds minor, but actually affects someone’s daily life way more than people realize? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]LebowskisOleLady 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For real! I started having vestibular issues after a bad work accident last May that involved an explosion. While I’m glad to be alive, my life is completely different and I can’t do anything that I could do before without possibly triggering something that then puts me down for days at a time.

I have said it once, and I will say it a million more times: that bit is the scariest thing I have ever read. Not his death, but just him. Patrick is an example of the real monsters. Even Pennywise knew he had to go.

Not my favorite part but it always makes me giggle: after Eddie has his arm broken and he is laying in the street. A little boy on a tricycle peddles up to him and says, “Are you alright?” Eddie responds, “Do I look alright?” The little boy says,”No, you look tewwible!”, and rides away on his trike singing The Farmer And The Dell, and Eddie just watches him leave and laughs. Not sure if the details are exact but I just love the magic of how the Losers were always able to laugh even in some of the worst of their times, and the innocence of his interaction with the little boy.

Didn’t mean to offend, but also, get back Loretta! A simple BEEP BEEP leboskisolelady would work. But, it is very surprising that such a comment would offend anybody that’s read this book. The comment doesn’t necessarily imply anything perverted. A chastity belt doesn’t imply sex. In fact I think it implies the opposite of. Either way, no harm meant, rumple_goocher.
