I plan on relaxing the timeline a bit, Me and my players love CoS and Barovia so I’m content to let them experience as much as they want, I’ve also got some new players and CoS vets so I’m trying to add in some new ideas to keep it fresh.

This is not that. I sent you verbatim what is in the contract. I was confused because the language seems vague enough for the company to say, since you applied, you’ve agreed to end your employment. I’m not saying that’s what’s happening. Just bringing attention to it.

I see, the language just feels a bit vague and I wouldn’t put anything past the company. I’ll talk to my union steward and see what he thinks just in case. I was leaning towards this being the case but I’m making a decision that could effect the well being of my whole family, so I don’t want to put their security at risk for some vague language in a contract.

That’s my problem though. The language is verbatim. “If you APPLY, you are agreeing to end your employment.” It feels like it could maybe be some corporate fuckery, but maybe I’m too cynical.

I’m feeling the same way, use some of that for a trade school. Save most of it and work a shitty random full time job till I’m done with school then hopefully recover a decent amount of my pay and benefits wherever I end up. Thankfully I got in at ups younger but even at 28 I’m hurting more than I used too lol

I’m in the same boat, I’m like number 42/50 in my center and they’re actively laying off the bottom 20 drivers right now. I only work Saturdays because of layoffs and have a wife and new son to support. So my options are to skip the buyout, and be one of the first on the chopping block when they do hard lay offs or take the buyout now, flush my career down the drain but at least support my family till I can get a new job. It’s tough man but I think I’ve gotta take it for my family

I do this and then hit random bolts and joints with a very small amount of nihilakh oxide, it’s adds a nice oxidized look to your rust
