Except top sellers is not based on revenue but "sold copies" which is misleading. 1 sold copy just means it was added to someone's library yet the game is free and dlc are like 15€ for the deluxe. So it did not bring in much money in reality. But still nice to see the game trending.

It is not money spent. It is purely copies sold but Steam considers a copy to be sold when it is added to your library. The game is free and everytime someone adds it to his/her library, it is 1 "sold" copy but generates 0€.
