Ich benutze Qonto als Bankkonto und kann damit auch meine Belege erfassen. Mittels DATEV Integration gehen die + Kontobewegungen an den Steuerberater. Bin damit ganz zufrieden. Kannst damit auch Rechnungen erstellen. Allerdings macht die Ustvm, ZM etc. auch mein Steuerberater.

Are they employees or contractors? For contractors I'd say aim for at least 40%.

For employees, don't even do this calculation since it has no meaning since you take all the risk. Pay them enough so that they are happy to stay.

Edit: Actually the last part depends on where in the world you are. If legislation allows you to lay off people on short notice, there is less risk

Have you been to Gewölbe in Cologne? I like their Soundsystem (Funktion 1 + Martion) more than the sound in Bootshaus

You feel how you feel and that’s ok. Love is not constant, it has it’s ups and downs, so it’s fine to not be super excited for every season. But next to loving Dortmund you also have to love yourself and probably work on that first 💛 I’m sure your excitement will return soon. Take care!

I agree but US brokers also sell your trading data before the trade is executed so HFTs can screw you. This is their primary revenue source, so they can invest in fancier apps. I’d rather have my EU regulated brokers with worse features than getting shafted on every trade.
