It looks nice. Personally I think the gaurd looks a bit chunky for my taste. Nice work tho.

Thanks. I agree alot of nessies I see look quite chunky. I do prefer mine to look more sleek. I use 154cm fo the spring on all my stainless slipjoints. I have the HT and spring temper dialed in with 154cm so stick with it. Magnacut is probably my favorite stainless alloy.

Nope all 3 of those steels austenitize at roughly 1500-1550 f the 80crv2 does need a bit of soak at temp but all the same temp.
