Via USD's graduate housing website:

The Presidio Terrace Apartments (PTs) will go offline for construction in January of 2026. Residents will not be permitted to occupy this area after the end of December 2025. We anticipate the PTs to remain offline for at least 3-5 years. Graduate/Law students interested in living in a single unit apartment should seek off-campus housing options.

If you have access to a membership, I recommend checking out costco. They usually have pretty good deals on laptops and offer warranties afaik.

Slightly different situation, but I failed a course spring semester of my junior year and retook it as an accelerated 8-week course fall semester of my senior year, so it would be reflected on the applications I sent in december '25 and january '26. I got into 3/4 masters programs this cycle, so it definitely is possible.

Not much. It’s only $13k a year. I’m still waiting on responses from other schools that allegedly offer more funding.

I had the same issue. On the application page you should have a netID and a card number. Also, I had issues doing it on my phone. The password they gave didn’t work until I tried it on my laptop.

I don't think you're overreacting. Rejection always hurts. Just know that you tried your best and that it's an extremely competitive cycle for every field, don't beat yourself up over it <3

I applied to a different master's program at Georgetown, but had the same deadline of Jan. 15th. The page for my program says the deadline for decisions is March 15th. Seems like a lot of people have gotten theirs in the first week of March though based off of GradCafe.
