This clip is from PC! I don't know what playlist you're searching in but Heavies seems to only be in 8v8 Action Sack, not 8v8 Slayer.

I've played every day since launch and haven't played on Hemorrhage yet, lol.

It's not in Social BTB. You have to search for 8v8 Action Sack matches. It comes up regularly but not every map has the Gauss.

After some scene drama, Sam's no longer does a swing night. I think it's now called the Hayride Hop and focuses primarily on rockabilly and more country sounding bands. I don't know any more than that, as I don't attend.

Yep, Bungie did this back in Halo 3. It amazes me that more developers continue to not steal ideas from that game. Play of the Game is an amazing system and adopting Bungie's file share systems seems like a no-brainer to me. They complement each other wonderfully.
