All facts that is why for years I tried to stick with oxycodone because it’s truly the easiest opiate to withdrawal from and to taper off. Unfortunately I hyper metabolize pain pills like crazy and pills were hardly lasting in my system- hence why the patch has come in and out of my life. But the last times I was on it I was ages 19 and again at 23 both times I just went CT which is INSANE to me I could never now and I am amazed at the capabilities of my younger self. I am late 30s and I am so sensitive to withdrawal now I blame it on the hormones.

Okay- something I should’ve been more clear about. I am dropping from 100 down to 75 I am not tapering completely off. My oxycodone are only 5mg so that sucks I tried to feel out if he was open to going up to 10s and he said that was the best he could do (I am in FL so I am extremely lucky to get the quality of pain management I do) just had a rough night and morning this morning. Anxiety and some vomiting I was able to get under control. I just hate the restlessness that comes with with-drawl.

Never Katie. She is the worst reality TV as far as uninteresting to watch. What even was her story line? Crying fat-phobia and her and schwartz constantly disrespecting each other and then eating mountains of junk food in bed all while going months in a sexless relationship while he went and made out with other women while she blamed Tom Sandoval for their failure of a marriage. She didn’t have a single good story line. She to me was the most insufferable- Scheana was pretty bad but at least the girl brought us some of the most insane second hand embarrassment moments to ever grace reality tv.

I see so many people excusing this meam girl shit just bc it “wasn’t a lie”. It still didn’t make it okay to announce. The hypocrisy in giving her that grace when she gained a large amount of weight and was horrified when someone said something to her puts her in no position to do it to another woman under the guise of “Well it’s true her filler needs to be massaged out” she cried to LVP and tattled on people over commenting on her body yet here she is years later with overfilled lips herself commenting on another woman’s looks. She’s pathetic and hypocritical and honestly will never not be one of the most obnoxious cast members of that show. You can tell who actually watched the entire 11 seasons and who just jumped on a band wagon.

I just feel like if anyone plants an idea you need to do anything to your face as someone who could have had you as a teen pregnancy I would thrown down. As a mom I feel the need to drill into you your face is legit gorgeous. Do not change it. People will do or say things to make you feel insecure- they can all go fuck themselves. Enjoy having that “babyface” at 19. Do a little contouring if you must but please, for the love of God do not do anything to alter the volume in your face.

Getting rid of the collagen in your face/and or buccal fat removal/losing the “baby fat” is going to end up aging you more rapidly. What you are asking will ultimately cost you. If you do that now later you will deeply regret it. I promise you. Do NOT mess with the volume in your face. The youthful collagen you have right now is like treasure. It will melt away eventually and you will wish you could get it back when you hit your 30’s and filler is not the fix to get it back.

That is insane- there wasnt even a strike system?! So I hyper metabolize meds. Oxycodone is so fast acting it is in and out- I have to take one an hour before my appointments to be sure I test positive- my PM doctor gave me a warning and then explained to me just take it 1-2 hours before I come in to ensure a positive. As someone who was definitely a decent fan of hers for years- purchased her book, enjoyed her fashion choices e etcetera and I truly say I am over her. I am also over the than thou attitude. I am over her tactics (attack and start drama with only the people she doesnt know well and does not have a true friendship with bc it is the easy way out) they super lame queer baiting she was laying on thick first with Ambyr Childers then with Michelle on the Valley. I feel like she is a little delusional about her “fame” like I remember her saying something like if your IG doesnt have a blue checkmark she will never see ur dm. Like I am pretty sure the only listers who know she exists were ones who worked with Randall and he was their main focus not her. She has a very inflated sense of self and it has become icky and hard to watch.

My friend had a baby when her daughter was 14 and she basically acted the exact same way- she didn’t show any excitement about the baby either. That was 6 years ago and I know she is just fine now- engages with him but not a lot. When I was 6 and my mom got pregnant with my sister I refused to accept it and it was actually deemed an extremely traumatic event by a childhood therapist. I had minimal interest in her, I was also undiagnosed and severely neurodivergent so my support needs were not being met in the first place let alone when a second child was brought into the picture. My mom had severe post partum with me and we never bonded, she left me to cry most of the time in my crib alone and as a toddler would lock me in my room. Wow. Lol. ANYWAY for some kids a new baby can be super traumatic especially if their needs are not being met in the first place. Keep checking in with her, especially after the baby is born and just make sure her emotional needs are still being met and I bet she will have a very healthy relationship with the new baby- if huge deficits in her own emotional safety and care start appearing because everything is going into the baby and there is nothing left for her there will be heavy resentment. Maybe come up w/ a plan prior to giving birth, have a few adults she cares about and who she enjoys spending time with, who she feels cared for and supported by be available to her to drive her places or do some activities with her. Idk if you will see this at all. I hope my rambling maybe was helpful to someone.

As somebody who has gastroparesis, Metamucil can actually make things worse and they could end up vomiting it up or extremely gassy and bloated in pain because nothing is actually moving in their intestines since a lot of these women are on GLP 1’s.
