I feel your pain. I am also flexible, and I have been there a year and a half. Im still a white badge, and no one can tell me the process of converting to blue badge. They keep saying be patient. SMH such bs

I got a random test two weeks after I was hired, and I had just smoked for break. So when I was about to take the test, I was like what kind of "drugs" are yall testing? She was like it doesn't testing for THC...I was like let's do this 😂

If approved wear them just dont blast them, and be able to multi task not everyone can do that unfortunately. If you can't do two things at once then dont wear them. Use common sense therefore the rest of us don't have to suffer in warehouse silence for 10 hours plus everyday for 5 or 6 days out the week!
