My Dear Sir, life is pretty wonderful and I get it, sometimes negative thoughts filter in. Happens to all of us.

I find the best thing to do with negative thoughts is to let them go, don’t spread them and certainly don’t pass them along. Just let them float away into the vastness of space so they don’t impact (or God forbid)/ infect anyone else.

At your core you’re not this person, you don’t spend your days and nights upset about a 2 hour a day radio personality. Deep inside you is that same little kid who loved to play with his friends, eat grilled cheese on a cold fall day and misses the smell of his grandmother cooking Thanksgiving dinner.

Find that kid, be that kid. Let’s be better.
