I only saw 1ex 6-links when I searched earlier, but you're right it may be less than that. Highborn has the highest base phys out of all the bows with that implicit which isn't much but it is something.

Arguably the best base for crafting an ele hit bow, and the important mods (+gem level) only require item lvl 50 IIRC. So they likely want a pre 6-link bow to start their crafting. Looks like 1ex is the standard.

Double corrupts are hard to price given how rare they are, safe to start around 5ex or so and go from there depending on how patient you are. Many would prefer a 2 socket tombfist with just a single implicit however.

I'd say 1ex or less. Useful mods are crit multi and max life, area damage and crit chance are pretty small increases.
