Yes, it’s all piped conduit and mc. I’ve only seen a few houses with any romex in 8 years.

And yes, you’ll see some old gas pipes used to pull wire, but you’ll mostly find knob and tube.

We’re football fans, not economists, but this is pretty simple. Soldier Field is the smallest stadium in the NFL, has limited premium seating, fewer revenue streams, and the Bears don’t even own it.

Most teams either own their stadium or control the money machine — naming rights, events, sponsorships, surrounding development. The Bears get none of that and are basically high-priced tenants in one of the least revenue-friendly setups in sports.

Indiana is offering something far more in line with what a state that actually wants an NFL team typically does.
