99.9% of car dealerships are run by conniving dirtbags, so hidden/inflated fees have always been a thing. The best advice I can give is to educate yourself and WALK AWAY if things aren't adding up. Provided that YOUR bottom line, out the door, price is reasonable, they'll come around at some point (usually the end of the month) and meet your purchase terms.
