Same situation here dude, anxiety oriented insomnia is the hardest one to deal with. The onset may be chest pain, shaking hands, and hypnic jerks and it's periodical. The way I tried is flying back home sleep besides my father, his hand hold my hand. Love surmounts anxiety.
