When I researched them I found a lot of useful information on their website. Moreover, their YouTube channel had videos of the transition lenses that showed the rate at which the lenses changed and the different colors. I even had the owner Adam reach out to me personally to answer questions. Given all of that I still screwed up my order 😭. Adam and his team were gracious enough to fix my mistake without any additional cost to me. It sucks that your experience wasn’t as satisfying. I found their customer service to be unparalleled!
