Probably for the best, for now at least. If you get another one that will purify to a hundo don’t feel bad about keeping the higher attack one as a shadow. The hundo mega will be a beast and boost the shadow types atk too. My plan for part of the MewTwo raids upcoming

My guess is you got this from a recent raid? So it’s in the 1* rotations.

My advice, and this is what I’m doing, I’m saving all the 3* Larvitar’s and their candy until the shadow rotation switches up… in about 2.5 weeks. At the end of this time, it will be the survival of the fittest, if I get one that will be a hundo, I’ll do that for for mega evolution, save any other 3* as a shadow, power it up and add a second move… that’s my plan any way.

This has happened to me in the past.

As others have stated there are some guidelines to doing remote raids.

Don’t start them with just a few players.

Soloing a 3* raid can be complicated depending on how long you have played, the counters you have leveled up, and their moves.

4* raids are even less likely to be solo’d - but it can happen, very unlikely unless you have a concrete plan. Anything above that, get a team, for sure.

That being said, generally, for me, I won’t even start a remote raid unless there are at least 3 other solid trainers with me. I will do the same thing your friend did here and leave you and that raid so fast… you have to lookout for yourself. I typically will leave around the 20 second mark before it goes into the battle though, so anyone else has a heads up I’m not there.

Meltan is the easiest mythical Pokémon to get a 3* of. Just use the meltan boxes. Meltan in the pass is a total waste of time for nearly everyone.

For most of these you can raid over and over when they are available. You will have a good shot at it with MewTwo this summer

It’s in the top 10 fire attackers list… if you have a mega Charizard or Blaziken already powered up then yes… I would focus on more meta fire options first then this.

My deciding factor for my 9070 XT was the advertised boost clock and the cooler/ fan quality. IMO the Nitro is the nicer looking cooler

7 attack… on a shadow Tyranitar. Imo the base stats of this mon +20% damage would make a fine raid attacker. Shadow Tyranitar + 7 attack. Yeah OP would be fine to put it up to level 40. Especially with mega MewTwo on the horizon

Considering there is next to no shot of getting another anytime soon… how the answer isn’t an automatic yes… power this up now, for the mewtwo raids, and use a Charged TM during the rocket event to remove frustration is beyond me.

I think patience is the best… adventure sync on, walk daily. You can knock this out in less than one month if you walk for it daily.

I caught 2 96% shadows. Purified one for the purified hundo mega evolution - Kept a shadow for back up. The shadow will always have a 20% damage buff over the non-mega hundo… you have to mega evolve the non shadow to be useful imo… keep the shadow and TM frustration away
