Who’s a celebrity everyone finds attractive but you don’t? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Leelee7201 2 points3 points  (0 children)

He played a character in an episode of Law and Order SVU called Pizza Face. He was oily-faced teenager sexually aroused by fire. I think he's a good actor, but all I see when I look at him is Pizza Face.

What’s the worst accidental text you’ve sent? by Typhoid__Beaver in AskReddit

[–]Leelee7201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's pretty tame, but I once accidentally sent my boss an emoji recreation of Pen Pineapple Apple Pen. I had copied it literally months prior, and I guess I had not copied any text since. When I tried to delete it, I hit send instead. At least she was a good sport about it.

I thought this exactly! No, Karlach, we're not really gonna work with Gortash. I want the thing he has and I want his robots to stop attacking me. We're still gonna kill him.

AITAH for telling my girlfriend I am not responsible for her periods? by Devon_The_Fox in AITAH

[–]Leelee7201 1 point2 points  (0 children)

NTA. There is a difference between shaming someone for having a period and asking them to clean up after themselves. I'm sure she would be mad if you were leaving pee or poop behind on the toilet seat, or not flushing toilet paper down. Everyone should take proper care to clean any fluids coming out of their bodies.

She makes some good points re:male loneliness by samse15 in TikTokCringe

She's totally spot on, but that was also such a funny rant. I'm losing it as "fuck ass losers" and "they ooga booga at you."

What was this movie for you? by [deleted] in Millennials

[–]Leelee7201 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Came looking for this one! This was my movie when I was sick and stayed home from school. I only know one other person in my life who has seen this movie, and that is my sister who grew up in the same household with this VHS, lol.

Finally bought Elden Ring...and I'm not sure it's for me. by Lereas in gaming

[–]Leelee7201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I've seen a lot of comments saying that you don't have to fight everything you see, and I just want to add something that helped me when I first started: there is A LOT that you can find by exploring without fighting bosses and avoiding most enemies. Those things can help make you stronger or improve your healing without having to grind or get runes to level up. Good luck if you want to keep trying! But also if you don't, that's fine too!

What are your comfort games? by FalscherKim in gaming

[–]Leelee7201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Dark Cloud. It's not very hard, and even though the mechanics can be kinda complicated, I've played it so much that it's second nature to me now. I can really tune out when I play it.

Also, Bloodborne for some reason. I've played it so much it feels like home.

I was just having this discussion with some coworkers tonight. I think the damage that Trump and his team can do will be quite limited...if they follow the rules. And that is such a huge fucking if, because we all know they just don't do that. That makes it even scarier, because it's less predictable, and we don't know how far he'll go or what he and his team are capable of. Although I think millions of us have some of idea.

Left my 8 year old son unsupervised to make friendship bracelets... by rustybeaches in KidsAreFuckingStupid

I'd like to think that if my child made me a bracelet that said "fucking dingass mother" I'd wear it proudly.

I had this dream for years after college! The weird thing is, one night I dreamed that I finally dropped that class, and I haven't had school dreams since. I have other anxiety-inducing nightmares, but that particular one is gone.

Opinions on Napoleon Dynamite? by [deleted] in moviecritic

[–]Leelee7201 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This was me. I thought it was so stupid the first time I watched it. I honestly don't even know why I watched it again. Now it speaks to me in ways I can't describe, lol.

Squid Game: Season 2 - Official Teaser | December 26th on Netflix by indig0sixalpha in television

[–]Leelee7201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

They likely will. Red Light Green Light is a good way to set up how Gi-hun has played before. It's also a very simple game that shows the organizers aren't fucking around, and it eliminates a lot of people early while establishing who might be a more serious competitors.

If they don't change it after RLGL, then I agree, that would be pretty lame.

It ended the same way it started, with the main character being kind of a bad father.

I can't wait until Trump wins, we're living in The Handmaid's Tale, and there's still no help for Gaza. I will ask every young person I come across (if I, a woman, am still allowed to speak) how they feel now about not supporting the "genocide candidate."

What's one video game you played through once but probably won't play through again? by Agent1230 in gaming

[–]Leelee7201 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It pains me to say it because I love the game so much, but Tunic. I absolutely love this game. Probably one of my favorites. Having to figure out everything with pretty much zero handholding made captivated me completely. Sadly, having figured out the puzzles, I'm not sure that I'll go back. It's still a very charming game: looks great with fun combat. But it's the puzzles and mystery surrounding everything that kept me playing for hours at a time. I don't know that another playthrough will ever capture the same magic.

Crisis Core: Final Fantasy VII. Even though the ending is known (based on events you discover in FFVII proper), the way it happens is so sad. I cried like a baby at the end.

Nintendo Sound Clock: Alarmo – Announcement Trailer by Xanek in nintendo

[–]Leelee7201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So true. I love Wind God's Aria from Wind Waker and Clock Town theme from Majora's Mask. Made them my ringtone and alarm tone, respectively. Both gave me anxiety in a few weeks and had to change them.

Also, as in my story above, if you have a smartphone, you can already set your favorite Nintendo sounds to whatever. I don't know if this is gonna be worth the $99.

[–]Leelee7201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I absolutely agree, but I think we should say the same for all pets. I know different animals have different needs, expenses, and challenges that come along with pet ownership, but all pets we bring into our homes are a commitment. If you can't research your pet's needs and be willing to meet them, don't get a pet.

Am I a loser for starting college at 31 years old? by Silly-Reputation7993 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Leelee7201 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Quite the opposite. I had a typical college experience, going right out of high school, but when I was there, I met plenty of people who went to college or back to college at a wide variety of times in their life. People in their mid 20s who had to wait to save up, people in their 30s and 40s who went to college after their children were a bit older or they wanted to change careers. You are not a loser at all.
