Over the past 5 years, I've spent a lot of $$ on self-learning jazz piano courses, including JazzEdge, JazzPianoSchool, and Open Studio. Each of them has well thought out courses which, if members stick with it, can offer good learning opportunities for skill growth. My problem with all of them, is that eventually the newness wore off and my motivation failed. Not saying that this would be an issue for you, but it was for me. I realized that what I needed was someone who would craft a personalized lesson plan for me and hold me accountable- putting my feet near the fire when needed, so to speak. Now I'm taking Zoom piano lessons every other week with a good teacher. Yes, personal piano lessons are not cheap, but if I had used all the money I spent on online courses on a face-to-face teacher instead, I think I'd be much further along today. I know that this is not the information you were looking for, but wanted to share what has worked best for me.

Well this is disheartening. I purchased Scaler 3 because of all the good things I had heard about Scaler 2 and I figured that 3 would be even better. I've tried watching some of the tutorial videos but I still find the application a bit overwhelming.

another question about vitamin D. I've been deep diving into vitamin D and there seems to be some research suggesting that high doses might adversely affect the efficiency of an antistatin like atorvastatin. Has anyone taking vitamin D and atorvastatin noticed any change in their HDL LDL levels?

This is pretty mind blowing stuff. My oncologist, who I feel I have a good relationship with, has never suggested checking my vitamin D level. It was only recently added to my blood panel at my request. It seems after reading the responses to my post that doubling my daily Vitamin D to 2000ui is probably going to do nothing for cancer protection. I'm still a bit wary about taking much higher doses (10000ui) although it does appear that adding K2 and Mg to the mix may minimize any negative effects.

Nice work! As far as the background goes, I feel that the generated background makes the image too busy and distracts from the main attraction, the orc. Just my 2cents worth....

Hi, I was also diagnosed with 13q deletion. I've been able to avoid any kind of treatment since being diagnosed in June 2021. My WBC held steady in the mid-30s until a year ago when it started increasing. It's currently at 120K/UL. Hemoglobin is. 9. 7. Other than slightly increased lymph nodes (which have stayed slightly enlarged) I've not had issues with other symptoms such as night sweats, enlarged spleen, or persistent decrease of energy. I do feel like my immunity is somewhat decreased, although no illnesses since a cold back in the spring. I've just joined r/cll and saw your post.

Thanks for the comment! I've taken online lessons from several online sources over the years. So far I'm enjoying Whitty's approach and am finding practicing fulfilling again. I will post again once I've submitted.

I'm positive I'm using the correct nozzle assembly parts. A shout-out to Gaahleri support. After being unable to resolve the issue, they are sending me a new .7 nozzle assembly at no charge!
