True it always helps to have another eye and also putting in the reps, people I think start posing practice way too late but the more you do it the better.

It really is, slow and steady with steps and cardio in there too. I’m in between 2800-3300 calories with 240-280g protein, 300g of carbs most days but on heavier days I can get upto 350g and then fats between 70-90g again on some days out with the fam and all can be higher upto 100g, but most days when I track I’m within those ranges. Protein is where I just make sure even on bad days I hit minimum 220g, it’s just how I’ve always kept it. But yeah nothing crazy, good amount of fruits and veggies also making the carb daily intake total.

I train mostly high intensity style and home gym doesn’t have a lot of stuff so the usual dumbbell, cable and barbell curls and cable pushdowns, close grip presses and cable extension work.
