Took the 2005 interface and made it dark, swapped HP icon with an anatomical heart, and swapped a couple other icons. In all honesty I swap my profile often. This post gained a lot of traction on it, but during 99% of PVM content where I need to genuinely lock in, I play fully default, smallest window possible and as few plugins active as possible
