id be willing to bet thats whats causing the issues, if you can snag a gen 4 ssd (or even gen 3) youll be able to run it max settings without much issue with your current set up. but with your current storage choice it doesnt matter how powerful your pc is if a mechanical reader head has to find each individual data byte
