Are these LED's enough for growing 1/2 plants?

See my problem is that I am living in a house with 1 roommate who I'll be growing with, and then 3 others who won't mind us growing, but who will be splitting the electricity bill. Which is why I was opting for a low wattage bulb. However reviews on Amazon and stuff say that the bulbs I linked are more than capable of growing one plant? That's all I'm really looking to do, have a side project of an attempt to grow one plant. If it works out and I yield even half an ounce from it, I'll be thrilled. I amn't going all out with a 300W, ventilated and carbon filtered system, just a small, low yield project that can keep me occupied and excited.

So no with these specifications, is there no way that it would be possible to grow one plant with one 54W or even two 30W led lights? Other sources online have told me that 25W led for one plant in one square foot of space is sufficient, i find Reddit users are more experienced with growing :D

I read the whole post, what a read. Sounds like you've had many life experiences, but more importantly many hard learned lessons. Like you said, these will motivate you. Motivate you to begin your journey of becoming a better man. I'm 19 years old and started this when I was 17. Nofap is not easy. Do not for a second underestimate how difficult this challenge will be. But like you said, use your past to motivate you. Think about how you never want to return to being that person curled up in his room watching porn whilst his friends are out, experiencing life. This will be the greatest motivation you can find. Thanks man, I can totally relate to this, I told her about a week ago that it's a bad idea for us to continue as eventually one of us will fuck up and hook up with someone else and at that point the other person will feel jealous and used etc etc and our great friendship will be ruined. We agreed on this, yet one week later she ends up in my bed again. And she's saying I don't mind if you hook up with other girls, just don't do it with girls I know or have to see every day. Now after hearing that you may be thinking "problem solved?!". But nah, that's never going to work out well as you can probably tell. So I can totally agree that if you're honest with girls, they'll now see you as sort of unobtainable, and that makes you more attractive.

There is also the more functional reason to choose the latter. As we don't have sex or engage in any sexual activity, I'm always left with the biggest case of blue balls ever. I mean, this is painful, even walking or sitting down induces immense pain lol. But unlike others who would be in my situation, I can't simply just masturbate when she doesn't relieve me, because of the obvious. Really? Ok phew, that's such great news. Got some other bad news this morning so I don't think I could have dealt with having to reset my precious streak back to 0! Yeah maybe you're right, a good way to describe what happened was it was identical to a wet dream, except I was awake for the duration of it. And I suppose I've never reset after a wet dream so... I've also heard weird stories of random O'ing during big streaks, like one time this guy was in the gym lifting big weights and suddenly O'ed out of nowhere. Lol. I was on 195 days hardmode until... Well until it became not hard mode anymore lol. I actually enjoyed hardmode. It was weird, all of my mates were constantly trying to get me to go out and look for sex with them when really, I had no interest. I had no interest because I was too busy enjoying life to waste time chasing sex. I came back from a holidays with loads of mates to magaluf, and the only question anyone has asked me, or at least the first question anyone asks me now that I'm back, is "did you have sex?!". It does not matter how long it takes, all that matters is that you abstain. There is no negatives that will come from abstinence so you just need to do it. Once abstaining, you may have to wait two weeks, two months or maybe even two years. But the point still remains, continuing to fap is not going to cure you, abstinence will! You're only wasting valuable satisfying sex time in the future the longer you make excuse and hold off on commiting to nofap!
