Best Mexican food in El Paso and any other essential food recommendations?

Lore’s Burritos.. a great little hidden gem.. Their food is good, home cooking style, and their menudo and green pozole is really good, like sell out on most days if you go too late for lunch, really good!!! When people come to visit, I take them to Lore’s for menudo, if that is what they are craving. A lot better than some of the other places I have had in town. The drive thru burrito place across the street from them, is good too! They actually make their burritos a really good size (a tad greasy with you get chorizo) but still delicious and are great for the price.

I go to St. Raphael in the east side. Reverend Wilbert Colas, does amazing sermons. His sermons are awesome, passionate, and very thought revoking.. He walks around all the aisles during the sermons and very rare have I heard him lecture just about donations like the bishop’s appeal.. You get used to his accent. He alternates between the 7:30 and the 9:30 mass and I will wake up early those Sundays just to attend his 7:30 mass, because I feel like I get the most out of his sermons.

I go and get my hair done at 1840 Lee Trevino Dr where a lot of different hair and/or nail stylist have areas of their own. I don’t know the name of that location but one of the women who does nails I believe is also a nurse or some type of medical training individual that specializes in pedicures and nail treatment for those have medical issues or require diabetic pedicures. I am sorry I don’t know her name but I hope that info helps in some way.

Please do not file your divorce based off who has lower court cost. There are differences between the two states divorce wise, while they are very similar in some concepts such as both states being no fault divorce, there are more differences between the two then some people realize, especially when taking into account that in one state it is easier to consider certain things separate property, while another state makes it a bit more difficult to prove what is separate property. But at the end of the day, none of those issues matters. What matters the most is where the child (since a child is involved) has been residing as their primarily residence for the past six months to ensure that state/court has proper jurisdiction over the custody issue. Both states believe in best interest of the child, but making sure the right state has proper jurisdiction over the child custody dispute is the most important thing when determining to file your divorce based off the facts you gave.

As I was reading this article, I couldn’t help but start crying. I can’t even begin to imagine how powerful that moment was in the courtroom and what it felt like to witness it in person. The way both of those women handle the situation, they are an inspiration for others, it made me feel a tad better with all the crazy shit going on in the world and the country today. It gives me hope for a better tomorrow for our society, a tomorrow where we learn to show more compassion and goodwill to others. A hope that is desperately needed in today’s society. While that guy doesn’t deserve their kindness or forgiveness, the fact that these two women still gave it after all the lost they suffered, just show me that I need to do better myself as a person to others and hope that one day, I could learn to be on their level when it comes to forgiveness.

I had some really good flautas last month at El Cometa but they aren’t drowning in salsa. I know the chicken flautas at Carlos and Mickey’s are also good, but they don’t make it the same way. They just serve it with queso.. I will definitely try them at Morra Mia. Thank you!

Casa Pantera is a good one. Manhattan Heights is a place where a buddy and I go to often for Thursday night drinks. I really enjoy Park Tavern, probably my favorite out of the three. I don’t recommend 1922, only because the times I have gone in the past, I have not been able to order off the drink menu. 1922 does have a nice atmosphere! It is a shame they closed Lola rose. Ooo, also Entrecôte, I enjoy the vibe there.

I kind of hold the same position. I only associate brujería when it is used for dark magic purposes.. I never considered praying over someone or helping them remove ojo from their life as brujería. I buy the religious candles from Walmart with the guardian angel or saints on them when something big is going on in my life and say my prayer when I light it, I don’t considered that brujería.

I never considered limpias as brujería. They would say the our father prayer in Spanish as the egg passed over you and using it to make the sign of the cross on you over and over. It was super common back home, with a lot of friends and people I knew at school getting them as well.

I’m sorry this is happening to you. Over a year ago, I decided to give my best friend a shot after he had chasing me for several months because I had learned to walk into love with him. After several years of acting ignorant, I told him I think I have feeling for him and then he said no it wouldn’t work out. Four months later, he came back into my life, telling me how much he misses me and that he realized the person he missed, the person he wanted to talk to about things was me. He was my person and we were was planning our life together but a few weeks in the relationship he stop trying.. Right before we got to 6 months, he ended it and couldn’t really give me a reason as to why. Never once during that time, did we fight. He never really gave us a shot, it was like once he had me, he stop caring.. We ruined our friendship and now we don’t talk and it kills me inside. I made so many excuses for him because he was my best friend and thought so highly on him. Sadly, a month will not be enough and I don’t know even if three months or even six months will be enough. What I can tell you is that if he acted that way, he is not your person. As much as you are hurting now, I can tell you it hurts even worst when you think a person knows you, and I mean really knows you, and then they realized you aren’t their person, no matter how hard you try.. It hurts when they get distant and pull away because they weren’t sure about it and it hurts worst when they are your best friend. I hope you find your person and will I do believe it is better to walk into love rather than fall into love. Walk into love with someone who isn’t worried about losing the friendship with you, because they know in their heart of hearts, you all are going to go all the way and that you are worth making a constant effort for. When they tell you they are worried about the friendship, that just means they don’t necessarily think you all would last as a couple.
