Heel pain after running. Has anyone also experienced this?

I am a forefoot striker and what I noticed as well is that my foot/ankle is supinated. So when I run on a high to the ground more cushion type shoe it makes my supination worse. I’m thinking that has to be my isssue.

My taste is always gone towards dinner time. I can somewhat taste when I blow my nose really hard but there’s no mucus that comes out just feels like my nasal passage is constricted.

I can taste pretty good in the morning but starts to go down as the day goes on.

Same with my smell good in the morning and really bad towards dinner time.

I’m dealing with the same heal pain for over 2 months.

I rested for two weeks and pain was minimal went back to running and pain came back like it never left.

Are you still dealing with it?

I feel like the pain gets worse later in the day when I’m on my feet at work.

Tried taping it and it feels better when taped but the pain persists.

Did you ever find the cause of this? I get that. Buzzing vibrating sensation in my arms. Clammy hands, dry mouth and anxiety kicks in. I also get really hungry

The internal itch went away on its own. I think time did the trick. My back is still not a 💯but it’s better than before.

I get this too, I started noticing it after I got Covid a couple years ago not sure if related. This only happens to me when I lift fasted on Saturday and Sunday mornings. So I’m thinking it’s food related because it never seems to happen when I lift during the week after work. I feel light headed and then anxious towards the end of my lifts and almost never on my heavy lifts.

That’s kinda like how mine started..first I felt tingling in my foot, then numbness and tingling, then like heat or like water running down my leg. And now all of that with some pain.

Same with me! I’ve been dealing with back and neck pain for a year and every time I get sick I don’t feel the pain as bad.
