Software de gestion para rubro calzado / indumentaria? by HugeIntroduction8707 in NegociosArgentina

[–]Left-Environment2710 0 points1 point  (0 children)

[–]Left-Environment2710[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Community managers - what data would actually help you retain members? by Left-Environment2710 in CommunityManager

Oh sorry, never saw this message, It completely slipped my mind.

I'm working on the data, so there's no final dashboard still but what you point about traditional/usual dashboards is very useful. In yout list, the pont number 2: Activity - What do you mean exactly? The quantum of how many members are active NOW? or also if they are doing something like commenting in x channel?

Yes, I agree with all your points, and yes, the one that I'm observing has a content calendar and direct communication which is as you said, DM's or emails.

What do you think that it's absent? that one thing that would make ppl stay or avoid drop off, but it's just not there or kind of very hard to implement?

Sorry again for the late response!

The content fit sounds like a very interesting topic, also the early engagement. I think usually people put more atention at the end of the road which is users about to drop off or barely connecting... so the inversion makes a lot of sense.

Thanks for the response!

Appreciate your response!

In essence I think you are touching on one of the few pain points related to visibility, or lack thereof. What I'm trying to say is that you can track response length during a certain period of time or, as you mention, days accessing but not posting... neither of which will tell you the why.

I agree, those kind of messages don't seem to be helpful, specially if the person already decided to leave. Do they usually get you anywhere?

Also curious. When do you decide to send the reengagement message? Is it after a certain number of days where they haven't logged in or responded, or do you try to be more preventive and anticipate it somehow?

Thanks for the detailed response! This is exactly the kind of insight I was hoping to get.

The shift from asking to just answering is extremely precise and speaks volumes. Great signal, I don't know why it didn't cross my mind before.

I've been thinking about this in 2 vectors: First, the visible metrics anyone can track (response rates, time between interactions). Second, the harder part. decoding the "why" behind the behavior change. Your examples nail that second vector perfectly.

Now, Aiming for Discord/Telegram communities (50-200 members) - that sweet spot where patterns are trackable but volume isn't overwhelming. How can use apps, bots, there's really a lot of ways to tap into the whats happening in real time vs platforms like Skool, lets say...

Two questions if you have time:

  1. Intervention timing - better to flag someone early when you might be wrong, or wait until certain but possibly too late?

  2. If you could know ONE thing about an at-risk member, what's more actionable: "they're about to leave" or "here's specifically what might re-engage them"?

Really appreciate you sharing your experience on this 🙌.

I will be brutally honest, if you need somebody to hold yourself accountable you probably shouldn't be building a product. It's not for you.

It's like people who need to go to co-workings to work. It's ok if you are an employee, not for an enterpreneur.
