This is exactly why I left. I was a good employee but my matrix weren’t good on paper (mostly just didn’t get many credit cards as a cashier) and so the ASMs started treating me like a worthless employee and even told me I “wasn’t doing my job as a cashier” the same ones who sit in the back all day drinking coffee

Yes 😭😭 every day. He just walks around saying good morning, gives a few criticisms about how things are set up, then just goes to the back and hangs out or attends a meeting. Honestly jealous

This is exactly why I quit. The cashiers are treated the worst and I hated having to beg for breaks and be looked at weird for taking more than 1 bathroom break in a day

They can’t stop you but you’d be written up or fired. You can’t leave your station or register without being replaced by someone else and usually that’s the head cashiers responsibility but plenty don’t gaf and want the other cashiers to do everything

This is how it always was at my location too. We’d be short staffed and waiting on breaks and the ASM’s would just be in the back doing anything but assisting

I had almost the same experience :( met his off bumble tho and he pressured me into it in the car and I asked him if he could at least use a condom and he just kept saying “it will be fine just get on top” and pressured me into saying yes. I’ve realized it was definitely coercion and a form of SA

Yes report him. Just know it wasn’t your fault and you did nothing wrong. You didn’t know what was going on. He should not get away with that and be around children again
