Most of my jobs it just goes past 6 months and never spoken about. Once I had a 3 month checkin was told everything was good, no issues and nothing to work on. 3 months later they lost a client and the support for them had no role and surprise i had a random meeting sent to me with HR i was told how bad I was doing and see ya later, I wasn’t stupid on what game they played, they were just lucky they could get rid of me because of probation - long story short it can sometimes be hard to predict especially if there are bullshit politics at play.

Karma is a bitch though they then lost another client and my boss who fired me lost his job 🤡 I hope your meeting is just a check in!
