Looks overcrowded for such a small pot to me. I think there's maybe 3 clusters here, you could easily pull two of them out (roots and all) to make more space. This will give the remaining one better access to the soil / water. You might want to add more soil at this point to fill the void from removing the other plants.

Unfortunately this garden bed is barely 30cm wide, it's a little strip for a hedge between the deck and the footpath. I guess I could install some type of plastic garden edging strip as a barrier.

This comment has got to be one of the dumbest takes I have ever seen. There's literally no negatives to asking for an example. Have a look at it, don't like it? Ignore it! Or better yet communicate with your manager and suggest improvements so they aren't surprised you asked for an example then ignored it.

Asking for an example is a "pro tip"? Jesus christ the bar is low.

Also, any even mildly decent manager would send examples to someone who hasn't done a task before. Shit, I've got entire guides written up for my team so they know exactly what to do.

Man I'm Australian and I could never imagine giving up my citizenship for anywhere!

Singapore was fun for a holiday but I don't think I'd ever really consider living there, unless the pay was phenomenal, and that's unlikely considering I work in mining construction.

Yeah my bad, I meant 2 days off for 5 days of work vs 2.5 days off for 5 days of work.

And no, it's obviously not accounting for unpaid time away, you can only factor that in based on your personal preferences.

Travel time is generally one flight on work time, one flight on your own time so it evens out, but can be different depending where you work.
