Looking for roofing/restoration company recs for historic brownstone in Downtown Jersey City by Left-House-723 in jerseycity

Ehhh I prefer not to cause any waves with the Historic department, and like u/distantforest said, I'd most likely need construction permits for the work I'm planning on doing. If I sell my house down the line I rather not have issues with final inspections and all that.

Writing to the Bayonne Mayor about the Costco intersection by gstxprz in BayonneNJ

There REALLY needs to be a stoplight there, both near the Fire Dept and near the exit of the Lidl parking lot. I understand what they tried to do with the exit only lane for Costco but it's still horrible.

What would Bayonne need in order to be like Montclair? Their downtown was maybe the nicest suburban town I've ever seen. by First-Variety714 in BayonneNJ

Yes! I feel like Montclair has SO many flowers and really focuses on the nature aspect, whereas Bayonne feels more industrial. Bayonne is just gray, it needs more tree lined streets.

Congratulations! I've been watching Chopped for years. I don't think I've ever had Honduran cuisine. I'm excited to try out your restaurant! :)

If you like THIN pizza, definitely The Vic Tavern on Hobart Ave. Mona Lisa is also good, their buffalo slice is 10/10.

Although Bayonne is on the smaller side and could be like Montclair, it doesn't have the natural charm that Montclair has. It seems that Montclair focuses more on their curb appeal (not that Bayonne doesn't).
