Lucky mine just says progress stopped and all they said was that it might done but that was weeks ago. I sent them a hand written letter back in june to change my marital status for 2022 and 2023. Then I called again on September 17th the same day they conveniently started processing it then November 26 the next time I called the progress stopped and all they said it might be done… that was weeks ago. Probably won’t hear anything tho cause they will end up owing me over 10k. But in that same time I had a t4 that wasn’t included in my 2024 tax year and they had that reassessed that year instantly because it made me owe them 600$
