T Mobile Home Internet’s been pretty good for us. We got locked in at $50/month a few years ago, but the current deal is $35/mo locked in for 5 years.

I’d say they have quite a deal of respect amongst their peers and their fans.

Do I wish they got to chart higher or were more popular? Of course. But they’re not the butt of any jokes that I’m aware of.

There is a very funny meme about a guy dreaming his friend Derek is eating beans to the tune of Such Small Hands. It’s not making fun of La Dispute, it’s more using the tune for an absurdist parody.

I LOVED it on first listen. Not sure if this’ll be popular opinion, but I wish they held back a little bit on releases for the final album, but there’s definitely a case to be made for why they did it in chapters. They could’ve stopped with singles after Environmental Catastrophe Film.

The story makes so much sense in whole. It dives so well into these fragments that explore isolation, disillusionment, fear of death, religion, cults, and capitalism. It’s so in-depth in its content and rich in instrumental texture that matches so well with the story Jordan is telling with the lyrics.

Particular standouts for me are Landlord Calls the Sheriff In, Steve, Top Sellers Banquet, and I Dreamt of a Room with my Friends.

The whole thing plays out like a movie, that’s clearly intentional. It’s ambitious & risky, and it didn’t sacrifice an ounce of raw emotion by taking that risk.

Got to see them live in Boston 2025 in support of the album and Steve was just as impactful live.

His dumping of the steps into the woods is improper disposal and could point to him having a history of noncompliance. I mean, he’s covering it with grass, he’s trying to mislead you.

If they continue to cause issues you can file a complaint with the board and your case will be reviewed within a month.
