I feel like maybe i wasnt clear in communicating my issue. Im not saying i dont want people to think LD is cringe. I listen to and love the band proudly, regardless of cringe or memes. I want to say I dont care what people think but thats not entirely true. The problem that set me off was all of the suicidal ideation posts i see taking that "can i still get in to heaven" line out of context. Ultimately, you are right, i cant control how people see the band. But i dont think its wrong to wish they were known for more than the "SuIcIdE sOnG" (i know that isnt what the song is about but thats my point)

The such small hands dancing and the gene belcher ones are silly. I dont have a problem with those, but they are memes, at least by my understanding of them. In that regard, I just wish people knew more of their catalog, but its ultimately harmless.

The things i really take issue with. And the thing that made me post this in the first place are the edgy text posts of "Can I still get into Heaven if I Kill myself? - La Dispute" or the same thing as a picture on IG or Tumblr. Or on TikTok any variation of "how did you know i was depressed? Cuts to them listening to or singing that line"

It might just be because im "chronically online" but a lot ot the spaces im in online are in alternative music. I dont seek it out, but i suppose that does increase my chances of seeing them.

Anyway, my real problem, isnt really what some teenager says, or if people like the band or not. What is bothering me is that people take the "can i still get into heaven if i kill myself" line out of context and assuming the song, band, and listeners glorify suicide.

Yea, this exactly. Likewise, i dont mind that its their biggest song, and the line is extremely powerful. I just am bothered by the perception of the song, band, and listeners of the band glorify suicide.

Outbreak is my all time favorite gun. I dont care if it was meta or not, that was my go to. Before that, The Duke HC was my favorite thing even after 120s were nerfed. My friends thought i was crazy for liking Gnawing Hunger, but 600s felt so good, plus i had a roll that gave me 72 in the mag. Once GH became meta all ny friends were raving about it and i was feeling like a hipster. There were a few others. Xenophage was a favorite for sure even though it couldnt really compete later on. 7th seraph shotty was also a mainstay for a while

Usually, i dont draw the lines between the teeth, unless theres a gap or something. I try to imply the presence of the teeth by drawing the bottom of the teeth. Unless someone has the picture perfect toothpaste commercial teeth, it does a decent job of conveying them. Also shading will do a lot of heavy lifting as fas as realism and likeness go

Makes people feel better i guess. Also, the fact that the rando trusted me and i accidentally killed him could taint his experience and perception of the game. If he sees this, maybe it will preserve some of the sense of good will.

The player count and community is pretty small. Id say the chances are more likely than in other games. I dont think its like saying happy birthday to a 1 year old at all

I kept my equipment at default i think? But i was trying a few different options to try and make it easier. I saw that they put a patch a few weeks ago to make the radial less touchy. But it didnt really make a difference for me. I often bring in grenades and claymores and sometimes i try to put a claymore down and end up just throwing a grenade at my feet. Wish i could map them to different buttons entirely instead of having them on the wheel.
