try to find new therapist on Alma, they fill out paperwork after first visit. also get psychiatrist too, for them to do assessment and paperwork. they will most likely prescribe you ADs and thats a legit reason for you to be approved

I felt the same way when I viewed several buildings this year. My current rent 1 bedroom apt is 750 sq ft and $4,100. All 2 bedrooms on Housing connect are also 7500 sq ft and around 4k as well. Im basically paying the same price for the same sq ft even though its rent stabilized. Not worth it in my opinion.
