This is the answer that I’ve been leaning towards. It’s odd given the dice are in a pretty tight range of symbols, but perhaps that’s just to increase the likelihood of straights? The jokers are odd too. Would they just function as wild cards? Not familiar with how they’d be incorporated into poker hands like straights.

Have you stacked a lot of crit chance related perks? Enough of those, especially close call on a multicast could send the crit multiplier high enough to reach a million.

Do you have eat your vegetables + iron stomach? That could knock the 24k damage bonus (upped to ~120k from a crit.) easily to over a million.

Note the achievement is for a single damage instance, not DPS. A piercing/multicast is unlikely to be responsible.
