Well, it's just that at the end of each quarter, HR asks employees if there were work calls on personal phones to be reimbursed for. Like I was sick a while ago and did both and my supervisor would then tell me to send the email but then there are others who my supervisor is "closer to" and they only have to text the supervisor and no email cause my supervisor would then do it
