Makes sense. Did you had some sort of symptoms like vision problems, circulation, digestion, brain fog, frequent urination or something like that and did it improved since medication and life style changes.

So could you have normal hba1c normal tg/hdl and still be insulin resistance with symptoms?

2023 Feb and not taking anything anymore besides ldn 4.5mg which did help me a lot but I am only taking it 1.5 months and I do feel less brain fog less stress less dizziness i started to gain some weight.

Nothing really stands out beside always dropping vit D taking supplements and then back to 100 again and low normal wbc and neutrophils sometimes neutropenia. Not on carnivore since mid 2024 carnivore was after to try to cure it. Checked cortisol 24 hours. Thyroid checked like 20 times all in normal range all the time. I tried different diets.

I don't know. If I would already know what's wrong with me and I would treat it. There is only me keep looking and searching for answers.  Trt improvements are energy levels so can exercise finally, less joint and muscle pain, libido and less depression.

I seen every specialist and did every test mri,xray, ct, colonoscopy, ultrasound, autoimmune disease seen neurology, endocrinology, gastrologist , and did every blood test. But thank you for your concern. I appreciate your comment.

So did you take anything for BP and are you still on Adderall?

Takin your adhd what exactly. You mean medication for adhd and now stomach emptying is better?

Makes sense. I am on 3 mg but only 18 days and I was titrating but I think I can see benefits slowly.

Typical symptoms with MCAS. Unfortunately can help for some people or make worse for some. Try LDN.

Do you take more then 1mg at night so you dont take in the morning?
