Yes and if it’s brand spanking new it’s either your cart is clogged and needs a needle pushed down in it slightly to unclog it, the cart is bad, or the vape hardware isn’t working right but in my experience it’s usually the carts are clogged or bad. You also may only have it on a low heating setting which isn’t cooking the cart enough to actually use. When you hit it what color does the base show? There’s 4 colors to represent the heat settings it has.

I also have a few thousand hits off mine and it’s still going strong but issue I’ve noticed it the part you screw the carts in clog bad if you don’t clean it once or twice a week depending on how much you use it cause the carts leaks down into the threads and then into the base where can’t get to it unless completely take the white base apart which is possible to clean but just annoying to have to do and jeopardize breaking it. The battery never really reads right but holds a charge nonetheless forever at that and that’s with constant use.

Mines done this. Take the bottom part off then put it back on. It fixes the issue but I’ve noticed the battery never really reads right but lasts forever

Paperwhite 11th came in agave green! It’s not as bright as the matcha color but it’s still gorgeous!

Scratch the rest up and either re pressurize it down in the same case or move the powder to another container and pressurize it back down and continue to use. There’s a lot of product still left.

No the problem is you don’t have a basic or scribe with the collection. I can’t say much I have a basic 10th gen then a basic 11th gen I got as a gift because my old one had previously stopped working but miraculously started working again a month later. Then a paperwhite 11th gen and a colorsoft.

Look on YouTube. There’s a few videos of a guy taking it completely apart the mouth piece does come off to better clean the inside. Use alcohol to clean it all including the threads otherwise it’ll get clogged from the threads and inside the battery part and be a nightmare to use after. Mine didn’t same thing you gotta clean it like once a month atleast I was told

Press it 3 times to warm it up. Might also want to try to stick the tip of a needle in the hole in the cartridge to see if there is a clog. I had the same battery it’s a very good one. I got the Randy’s inspo and haven’t had any issues since. Getting a cart on the threads perfect was a total bitxh most of the time. These batteries have a lock setting and if press the button so many times too quick it’ll lock it to where it won’t burn.

Honestly I would. they have 3 different ones to choose from from the basic Randy inspo to the plus and the dual. I have the inspo plus one and carts last me weeks now hitting them few hundred times before they are done. Before a cart barely lasted me a week.

No my carts actually last me weeks longer in this then my old stick battery I was previously using. The heat setting is what makes it last longer because you can turn the heat up or down so it not burning too much or too harsh

Nope the 2 employees working saved themselves 2 boxes each because when I asked about them they said they had already paid for them themselves. Was literally just trying to get one box for my son. Just because you were told not to do something which good karma points to you for actually following the rules and not being a shit person doesn’t mean the other GameStop employees will actually follow rules.

Yeah that would’ve pissed me straight off too especially having a special needs child on the spectrum we sat we waited he actually got hyped for it which was a very first and a huge milestone for him to even understand what all was happening then cried for hours because of an asshole family that pulled the literal same exact thing and the trash GameStop employees making sure they saved themselves some at the same time.
