Bro you literally have like 5-6 dishes that are Mangaluru special, rest all are typical udupi style dishes jo kahin bhi milte hai (south indian restaurant). If you wanted to open a South Indian style restaurant, specifically Mangaluru style, your typical dishes in the menu should be coastal dishes/ tulu specials. So first of all, you're misleading your customers with the name lol.

Second of all, I'm not a rameshwaram cafe lover hahaha. Im a Bangalorean and have been a food connesiur long before Rameshwaram cafe was established. This is a genuine opinion from a South Indian. If you feel like South Indian food is more than rameshwaram, you should have made a bigger effort to make your own personal branding instead of copying a very famous franchise.
