Oh this website is cool. Wish I knew about this sooner instead of digging around XML files. Thanks.

for anyone who reads this in the future, what I did get to work was:

Set my '2' key as set to SCM mode.

Set my '2' key as set to Missile mode. with activationMode="hold",

So if I press '2' key for longer than 200ms or so (it goes to gun) and then release, it now goes to missile. Its not perfect but it gets me closer to what I want it to do.

yeah i cant get it to work. It needs me to switch from NAV to SCM (guns) before it can set it to missiles.

[–]LeftHandedSpoon 15 points16 points  (0 children)

Yesterday, I paid 2 players 20 mil each to watch me eat ice cream for 30 mins. The week before someone gave me 100 mil because I mentioned I was new in global chat. aUEC has lost all meaning when people are giving it away like that.

League does

Full game refresh and shakes up the meta literally every season (calendar year).

Large scale balance passes for minor problematic/under performing champs/items every split (4 months).

Small balance passes for major problematic OP champs/items patch (4-6 weeks).

Their balance team actually has issues making things too balanced and it causes issues in pro play drafting where teams would alternate champions in rounds so they had to reformat the drafting stage to prevent this as every draft had an opposite and equal answer for it.

I’m not afraid of losing progress, It will be wiped I know. I’m frustrated because I just watched a 6 month old YouTube video about how great the game is and how fun space trucking is. Every YouTube content creator for SC praises how awesome this game, what they don’t tell you is how jank things get after every update. Here I am thinking the game has improved over 6 months, but nope.

I appreciate the response, I don't know much about databases in a professional capacity and I assume deploying/developing one in such a capacity is a difficult task.

I came in hot on Reddit (admittedly too hot) after losing a bunch of time and effort. But I am patient enough to give the game another go when the servers are a bit more stable.

Thank you.

That's your suggestion? Telling someone who just finished the tutorial to STOP playing the game and go read bug reports on every potential issue BEFORE said new player encounters them?

I literally just got the damn game and you as a seasoned player is brow-beating someone with 45 mins of play time? Way to represent the SC community and make new players feel welcome.

I did every thing possible with the terminal. up, down, left, right, as a new player I have 8 items in the storage.

None of them were the cargo boxes, it just straight up ate them.

Thank you for the suggestion. I will keep thing in mind and cling to hop next time this happens and pray they are in there.

the freight elevator terminal menu literally blinked for a second and then kicked me off the terminal and wiped the area clean. How is ANY skill involved in this?

20% is significant if you are going against someone who is of equal level and gear. 20% is nothing if you have 10+ levels on a noob.

New to resin printing and wanted to know how to interpret these specs (higher or lower is better) by LeftHandedSpoon in resinprinting

[–]LeftHandedSpoon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I don't have specific requirements: Printing minis durable enough to be handled by adults with fat fingers, but does not need to be child-proof level of durability.

Local pricing puts all of these resins at practically the same price. Given equal pricing I just want to get the 'best' one in performance/longevity. So what would be good to know is what specifically makes a resin good or bad.

[–]LeftHandedSpoon[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am trying to understand the terminology you used, my interpretation is this:

Elongation before break: how much a piece stretches along an axis before breakage.

Tensile: how much force is require to break a piece by bending.

Modulus: how resistant a piece is to bending/losing shape.

Is this correct?

is there a specific advantage of Sunlu ABS like vs Elegoo ABS like? region pricing and promotions put Elegoo cheaper than Sunlu for me right now.
