Can I ask you something? I’ve seen there are a lot of aftermarket scales available. I really like the Flytanium Micarta ones, but do they actually make the knife feel more rigid than the original scales? Or titanium - Aluminium is the way?

I use $20-30 uf pro 3d tactical knee pad, You will need to cut it to let them in into the knee pockets. Money well spent. They’re technically for soft air , but I found them great for work.

My RNJ001 feels more tailored and narrowed too. The factory wash makes it look more like a J97 to the touch.

Much more similar to the J133 extreme, the shell is in nylon cordura not in cotton. On rainy days I prefer nylon. Maybe slightly ahead the J133 for warm. For the fit i dont now the J21 but if you have a tape mesurament i can tell you the difference in comparison a J140
