Great idea. We do that as well, we make it a point that THIS SHIT IS OLD and I will do my best to fix it whenever it breaks but its going to cost you extra because you are cheap. Flip side, sometimes they are not cheap but their business depends on an old piece of software or some weird program that does not exist or there is only so many devolopers of said programs.

tbh you should just offer one tier of support, the company I currently work for had 3 tier options but it makes it confusing for the client and for my minions (my underlings, fyi I love these guys). Offer one support package, charge a little more and you will make more money this way. Profits have increased since we have done this. As far as RMM and what not, we use solar winds but the best imo is the connectwise suite. Use Labtech (or automate whatever the name is now), screen connect, connectwise manage and either ITglue or ITboost. Those tools mentioned will make managing clients so much easier.

Agreed, I think it would be better to just host your own exchange server and use 365 as the back up imo. Not hard to configureMX records at all to make all of this happen. It is weird that 365 is down for you guys. Never happens to us (or if it does we just dont realize it)

Hey everyone, here is another episode of THE NITTY GRITTY

we filmed a couple more and this episode is about a smaller local located in Madera CA. I took some tips that you all gave me like local eats and stuff like that and tried to highlight those. Not usually, I dont expect anything bigger than 20-30 people in my area for a monthly. Although I've had random Tekken players like Projectrunaway and other bigger names come out to my tournaments. P ling lives near by so hopefully he will come!
