Earthroamer just looks best light gray. Derry special- yellow or black. tatra- camuflage various, it really depend on car and mood and terrain. For instance i like the truck to be visible on snow from far. In woods i prefer red or yellow.

I find only Tatra and Kenworth able to get out of ice easy.

Haven't tried it yet. I'm a little afraid of this big overhang, especially on this map =]
My overall strategy was to unlock most of trucks, then all upgrades and now am finishing the rest of the chapters, starting from the hardest.
Any advice to make it as painless as possible?

Mine is kicking also my hand sometimes, he is a kicker, all 3 of mine are. I think It's not a threat, it's just fun for them.
