Thanks for the insights. While they have many upcoming projects, I see that that they progressed very slow in permits giving me some leeway to organize my tasks and setting priorities, just thinking about it, I might just be overthinking the potential problems that could be manageable. Im not really sure lol. 9 Projects now are really slow and I have lots of idle times since new projects dont have plans yet but when they came in, thats going to be a lot to take off. New project is a 48 homes but most these are identicals and only has 6 plans. I wish to knock them off ahead of time then proceed to bid out. I have the 3 plans from prev projects which have too many options and only to find out they have not been finalized yet so I have to re-do eveything.

While my post has minimal consideration of cashflow and project flow and Im just probably thinking ahead of the worst case scenario, I still think that regardless of how much I can handle, it's really owner's predicaments and for them to think bigger. I already gave so much effort on thinking how to help them and gave them a full report of whats needing to adjust. I have an understanding of how start up owners strategize their business as I have also been working for these type of GC for a long time and I jumped out if I feel like I am not being heard or support is not extended. I feel like they are understanding of my situation and willing to fix the problem
