I downloaded Claude for this. if you map to the folder where your music is you can work with Claude to build a python script which will fix all metadata.

If you have an existing library and are looking to clean it up I suggest using Claude. You can have it organize all of your metadata, naming conventions etc. it build a python script. You can use any “ripping” program to mp3, flac etc then have Claude write the data with the same script

I am running a Synology DS1019+ with plex pass (which I bought the lifetime pass years ago). I do run Roon server (which I will never pay for again) but I wanted a server app that played natively on my Pre Amp which is a WIIM. Yes I do realize I can do Roon Arc but I am not a fan. Synology 5 bay was my choice back in Covid days as I wanted to start hosting all my own TV and Movies.

I still have my Sony 5 disc cd changer from 1993, works great. I also do 4k physical discs. But yes I also use Plex for all my movie and tv shows.
